XDD
Siamo anche andate al simil-Book Off che c'è dietro all'ostello dov'ero i primi giorni, e meraviglia delle meraviglie, ho trovato il photobook-mostro dei Kanjanetti!! Per solo 945 yen invece di 2000!! Me contenta e soddisfatta!! ^___^
Nothing better than a TOKIO song to get my spirits up.... I'm a bit depressed because some bad things happened two days ago, and I'm still quite angry and disappointed...
Anyway, Happy Easter to everyone, even though it's already come and gone.. XDD I spent the day with my family at Uncle's house, and I played the whole afternoon with my cousin with the Wii!!! *___* It's so cool that consolle!!!
I'm so freaking addicted to it, that last Friday I went with Moni and Gaia to Hachiko's house to play with it, and I begged my cousin to lend me her Wii this week since she's in Barcelona for her school trip!! XDD I found out I'm quite good at golf and tennis (now that I learned the tricks ^_-), but I'm and ace at bowling!! Yesterday I did 2 stikes running!! XDD
Thank goodness for the boxe game, because it helped a lot to relieve yesterday's stress, when I found out that the Italian Post lost me two of the books I ordered on Amzon!!! I can't believe that they could get lost items wrapped in parcel...
But the thing that really pissed me off was that the first time I went to the post office to ask for an explanation, I was told "oh, we remember this package, this morning it seemed fuller and heavier" = meaning that that morning all 3 books were inside the parcel. And yet, the second time I went there they told me "oh no, it's not possible that we lost the books here, they must have gotten lost at the post centre in Milan" ムカつく Part 1...
And whem my Mum pointed out that "it's absurd that people'd steal some books in English" the woman said "but there are people who read books in English" ... Yeah, but I'd really like to know who this arse is, because those were books on Japanese Politics, for which I spent nearly 70 euros and I need them for university!!! I don't know how many people in a 3000-habitants town besides me are interested in Japanese Politics....
They really tried to make fools out of my Mum and me, and this is the thing I really can't accept: the Post is a public service, paid with our taxes, and I pretend that people to their job seriously and treat the clients as they should be treated...
The only consolation is that when I wrote to Amazon to ask whether I could get a refund or anything, they replied within not even 2 hours, and they told me they'd ship another copy of the 2 books, with no expenses at all... *__* I love Amazon, because it isn't absolutely their fault, and yet they're willing to deliver me for free the lost items, so I can keep shopping with them.. This is what I call doing serious business!!!
Now I just hope that the new delivery will get safely...
..... and also the DVD I ordered on Amazon.de!! I bought "Godzilla Final Wars" the German edition!! XDDD I found the movie on internet, because Matsuoka stars in it, and buying the DVD on CDJapan costs nearly 30 euros... and then I find the German Limited edition for just 10 euros!!! XDDD I just couldn't not buy it!!! XDD It must be the trashiest movie in all history, it's in Japanese and German with no English subs at all, but I want to see it!!! XDD
Talking about Matsuoka there were really wonderful news about TOKIO recently: at their first show at Nippon Budokan on March 8th, Yamaguchi announced that he got married with his long-time girlfriend, and they're already expecting a baby!!!! *_____________* おめでとう~~~~~~!!!
And then two days later in an interview, Mabo reveals that he's living together with his girlfriend of 5 years... おめでとう!!(though I have to admit that I was a bit shocked at this, since Mabo is my ichiban... XDD)
I'm really happy for them, even if I know them only by name, because they're human beings (even if a lot more fortunate than us, because they're living their dream, which is something that many people can't achieve), and they deserve all the happiness!!! ^^
Now I have to get down and get some serious studying done since the exams are getting nearer and I really want to do well, especially in International Relations and Japanese Culture: we're talking about international relations btwn Japan and other countries, especially US, so I MUST get the maximum score!! I mean, it's the same topic as my thesis, this is my field, the one I want to specialize in to, and the job I'd like to do when I'm out of uni, so I can't help but do my best!!
I miss my friends though: Fede and Alice are busy with work, Moni and Valeria with their thesis and they're not attending the graduate courses, so I can't meet them often; thank goodness I can regularly see Valentina and Gaia, and Laura, otherwise I'd go crazy!!! I just can't wait for some free-time weekend to meet with everyone at someone's home (mine is always free!! ^__-) and spend some good time altogether.... I miss you guys!!!
It's about a week that every time I come back to school I find something in the mail... last Friday were the results of the Noryoku Shiken: 366/400!!! YATTA!! I did 95/100 in kanjis, 91/100 in the listening comprehension and 180/200 in the grammar part!!! ^____________^ Chou ureshii!!
And yesterday when I got back home my Mum told me "today the postman brought a package for you" and I went "KITAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" My TOKIO's "sugar" album finally arrived!!!
I ordered the limited edition B, and the DVD is really wonderful!! I was really touched by all the efforts they put in the recording, you can clearly see how they care about making a prefect song....
Japan not-related things are the dinner I had last Friday with all the ex classmates (it went pretty well, but nothing special -___-) and the graduation party at Valentina's place!! Sugoku tanoshikatta!!!
And the pizzas Vale's Dad prepared for us were one of the best pizza I ever ate!!!! *______________*
And this Saturday we're going out and eat Japanese for Valeria's birthday&Womens' Day!!! ^____________^
But before I have to finish the presentation for Japanese Culture class, about..... yes, the relationship between Japan and US = the same things I put in my my graduation paper.. LUCKY!!! XDDD
Well, I'm still with no internet connection at home and when I'm in uni I forget to check Vox... ^^"""
Anyway, many things happened in this month, some good and some bad...
Good news are tha Hachi graduated two days ago!!! Vale!!! I'm really really happy for you!! And now it's party time!!! XDDDDD Now we'll wait until April and july for Moni, Valeria, Dani and Gaia's graduation!! ^^
Other good things are that tomorrow there'll be a 同窓会 with all my elementary classmates... I'll skip the happy hour because I'm coming back late from university, but I think it'll be at least interesting, to hear what the others are up to in their lives...
CDJapan has shipped my "Sugar" album!!! I can't wait to have it!!!! XDDDD What I don't want to get are the results of the Nouryoku shiken (JPLT, 3
Bad things instead are REALLY bad things... last Friday night my brother had a car accident... He was driving at night when a wild boar crossed the street, and he went off road to avoid hitting it.... I'm still thanking God, Allah, Buddha and all the saints in heaven known to men, animals and aliens, because he hadn't even a single scratch, and seen that he fell down a small cliff, and the back of the car is completely destroyed, I think it's really a miracle!!!!
Now I just hope he'll be more careful when driving, cause I think if he were driveing a bit slower he wouldn't have gone off road... anyway now he'll have to pinch every penny to repair his car...
Let's hope everything'll be going well....
Ja ne!!
I wrote a wonderful post a couple of days ago but Vox didn't upload it!! ç__________ç
Anyway, even if I'm late, Happy New Year!! I hope 2008 will bring you, and me XD, many good things, especially in the name and skinny-but-handsome form of Arashi! ^^ And I won't object to some TOKIO goodies too... XDD
I have nothing in particular to say, just that I made a few "good intentions" for 2008 and I've already broken 'em.. kind of a record, isn't it?? XDD Main focus of this year should be studying and get very good grades... pity the first 2 exams are the most boring subjects I had to take... -________- Ganbare Giulia!!
Family's good, Aniki just started today his new job and he seems quite enthusiastic about it.. happy for him!!
My friends are the greatest in the world, and I can't wait to see them again on regular basis... I love holidays cause I don't have to get up early, but I miss meeting them!! Some of them have their hands full with their own thesis (ganbatte girls!! I now you can do it!! If I managed, you'll do a great job!!), others with work and love life, others with college and exams... I wish for them that everything'll go well!!
Now, on to the serious things... XDDD When my internet connection still worked quite well I managed to download a few doramas featuring TOKIO: YAOH and Psychometrer Eiji with Mabo, Juken no Kamisama with Gussan, and the SP dorama Hissatsu Shigotonin 2007 this too with Mabo, Higashiyama senpai and K8's Ohkura Tadayoshi... This one I think is really good: no way I could not like Mabo dressed up as a Japanese Jack Sparrow!!! XDDDD
(I wanted to put another picture, but Vox doesn't let me... DOH!! >___<) Demo, he's still kakkoii, deshou? ^^
This pic has become my new wall!! XDD
Anyway, this next season I think I won't be watching any doramas... it's really sad but there's nothing that strikes me as good... besides HachiKuro, but since I'm in love with the movie, I fear that the dorama won't live up to my expectations... (even if there are Touma and Nari-kun) Also this next season there's no Arashi nor Tokio dorama!! XDD
Sore ja, I think I'll try to study a bit now, even if I'm seriously worried about the latest announce Nino made at Baystorm: this new project, a thing that never happened before in JE, WHAT THE HELL IS GONNA BE????
Hayaku ie yo!! >___< I hate that evil little midget... XDD
I tried to bake cookies today, but it seems like it's not a job for me..... ç___ç I prepared the dough yesterday evening, and today I made them, but....
They were burnt!!!
I think it was because of a mix of things though.... the oven too hot, too much egg yolk on the cookies...
For the second batch I tried not putting the yolk on and the oven on a bit lower heat...
またダメかよ???(though they DO look a bit better... but just a bit)
But the biggest disappointment was this....
I wanted to bake The Domyouji Cookie ^^ and it ended up being a Bob Marley cookie!!! ç________________ç
I guess I'll be stuck on cooking pasta and éclaires form now on.... the only things I'm good at.... ç__ç
This is the pasta I made a couple of days ago..... "Three Colours Pasta", my own receipe: fresh mushrooms, zucchini and ebi ^^ with olive oil and white wine... めちゃめちゃ美味かったよ, especially since it was the first time I made it!! ^___^
On the good side, yesterday I finally got to hang on my cupboard walls the uchiwas Moni and Vale brought me from Japan We all met last Saturday and it was really good to see them again all after a month!!! ^__^
Juuuuuuuuuuuuuun!!! Aiba-chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!! *_____________________________*
My Mum was a bit surprised at first when she entered my room 'cause she hadn't noticed I hanged them on the wall... XDD but then she said "they're cute those boys" *__________* Muuuuuuuuuuuum!! ILY!!
These are the other presents they bought for me:
The Campus notebooks, which are the greatest things to take notes on (Vale e Moni, sono anche meglio di quelli che avevo preso io l'anno scorso perchè questi hanno più pagine!! ^^ davvero grazie mille!!) and the Saibashi, the long hashi for cooking!! (with teddye bears on *__*) ^_______^
But I also got a little, but wonderful surprise...
ARASHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!! *______________________________* すごい!
(but why Aiba-chan's doing a totally different move??? XDD)
Now I'm off to see Mago Mago... Jun and Aiba.... *__*
Ja nee!!!
.... JUN!!!
It's only a year thath I got to know you and Arashi, but I really wish that you loads of Happiness^^ (tomorrow the PV's out!! YEY!!), and keep being the handsome man you are!!! XDDD
There are loads of other things I'd like to talk about though...
Moni and Vale are back!!!! Chou ureshi!!! I can't wait for Saturday to come, so we can meet!! (of course it's not only to collect my nippo-shopping, noooooooo... XDD) I bet they have loads of things to tell, especially about Arashi's concert!!! ^_____________^
I haven't much to tell though.. I just spent 4 days on holiday (in the mountains, f***!! it was freezing cold because it kept raining.. and SNOWING!!! ON AUGUST 21st!!! O____________________O), and last weekend Fede, Gaia and Daria come over to my house for a sleepover...
It was short but we had a lot of fun: we watched together YTM, and other movies like Zoolander (the craziest movie I've ever seen!!! XDDD) and The emperor's foolies (is the title right?? I know it only in Italian... ^^"""""""""""""), we went to lake to swimming and getting the last sun, and generally we kept having fun and saying stupid things!! (mainly about Arashi!!! XDD)
Now summer is nearly over, and it's time to focus back on to the important things.... graduation (and the thesis!! ç___ç), enrolling into graduate school and finding a part-time job to save some money.... I WANT TO GO TO JAPAN!!!
Ok, the rant is over!! XDDD
XDDD)
Ja neeeeeeeeeeeee!!
I just woke up (it's midday XDD) because Saturday night I went to sleep at ..... well, it was already dawn!! ^________________^
I went to my friend's house for a sleepover (since her parents aren't home) and we watched doramas and Arashi for the whole night!!!
We watched Stand Up!! cause she likes Oguri Shun, and when we watched the Taipei concert she "fell in love" with Nino.... ^^
(btw, I'm really happy about him and Masami-chan!!! I can already hear the wedding bells!! ^^ Just... poor Masami, she'll end up paying for everything!!! XDDDD)
Thanks a lot Lucy!!! ^_______________________^
It's oveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer!!!!! I finished all the exams!!!! *_______________*
It's been a hellish day, because the word "organization" in that university is an unknown concept... -_______- Poor Fede and Alice have to go back to uni tomorrow and Monday to finally sit this exam >_____<
I was able to do it today, because tomorrow there'll be a train strike (it's Italy, what do you expect? -__-) and since I've got a 2 hours ride to go to Milan I asked if I could do the exam today... final grade: 30/30!!!!!
I'm happy because I've been studying NY's ghettos for a month now, and though the topic was really interesting, I couldn't wait to get rid of this exam; I'm just disappointed because, due to bad organization, my friends and loads of other students weren't able to do it in the appointed day....
PS I'd really like to get my hands on the ass**** who hurt Valentina.... >________<
EDIT: I hate my modem 'cause it decided to go on strike exactly yesterday evening, right before the radio broadcast, so I couldn't listen to the only episode of Versione Beta where they talked about something useful: doramas!!!! And Tea, a subber form Doramiste Anonime Funsubs was on air by phone, and spammed our website (well Moni Hachiko and Fede and Laura's website... I only infest the forum ^^"""") ArashiForDream!!!! Ureshiiiiiiiii!!! ^_______^
Now I have to wait and dl the podcast of the episode.. also to know which Arashi song they played yesterday... UFF!!! >___<
Just a brief update (I'm submersed by books, notes and dunno-what-more..... I really need to study!! ç______________ç) to tell everyone this: watching Arashi with your friends is the best way to cure mental illnesses in general^^, and especially exam-related panic attacks!!! ^____________^
I'd like to write everthing about the "Arashi Marathon" of the past weekend, but I'm lazy today XD so I'll link you to Hachiko's blog for all details: http://arashi-vale.vox.com/library/post/maratona-arashica.html
SAIKOU DATTA!!! Minna arigatou!!! Even if Monica couldn't come because of the fever no yarrou, it was really funny!!! Can't wait until their AAA DVDs arrive (uff, why I'm always broke?? ç_____ç Hoshiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!) to get together again and have loads of fun!!! ^_______^
Other news about myself:
- Exams are less than a week away, I'm studying and all but I'm more anxious than I've ever been and I don't know why... maybe because these are the last exams before graduation, so I'll have to do my very best to get the highest marks I can.... GANBARIMA-----SU!!!! ^____^
(I'm so lazy today I don't even want to change the writing into Japanese.... -_____-)
- Moni and Hachi finally got the answer form Doushisha Uni: THERY'RE GOING TO KYOTO!!! OMEDETOU!!!!! (I'll be sure to give you the "shopping list" before you leave.... XDD) Now the only thing is to get the tickets for Arashi NatsuCon... ganbare!!!!
- Yesterday there was a special lesson about Tokyo, "DocuCity"; how the city was, in the POV of the great Meiji writers, and how it is today, with its light, and skyscreapers and tourists and everything.....
It was really interesting, but since I'm not particularly fond of literature (I'd rather much more economy and policy related topics) and the speaker, Prof. Maria Teresa Orsi, while extremely famous, competent and interesting had a very sleep-inducing voice.... -__- I'm glad I went, but I still feel that it'd have been better to stay home and study.....
I think I've said everithing, now I'm off to study again!!!
Ja ne!!!
